TENS
TENS is an electrotherapy modality that uses a low-voltage electrical current to relieve pain.
Electrodes are placed on the skin near the painful area to deliver small electrical pulses.
These impulses stimulate the nerves and help to reduce or block the transmission of pain signals.
It is a simple, safe and effective method to reduce discomfort during acute or chronic pain.
Electrical muscle stimulation (EMS)

Electrical muscle stimulation (EMS)
EMS uses electrical impulses to cause muscle contraction.
In physiotherapy, it helps to:
• strengthen weakened muscles
• to promote rehabilitation after an injury
• improve muscle control
• reduce certain pains related to muscle tension or fatigue
EMS is particularly useful during rehabilitation after immobilization or loss of strength.

Therapeutic taping (K-Tape / Neuromuscular taping)
Taping is a technique aimed at supporting muscles and joints without restricting movement.
Depending on the approach used, it can:
• reduce pain
• improve circulation and reduce inflammation
• stabilize or support a joint
• facilitate or inhibit a muscle
• improve posture and proprioception
Taping is commonly used for sports injuries, muscle strains, instabilities, or postural disorders.

Therapeutic cupping
Cupping uses negative pressure to decongest tissues, increase blood circulation, and release muscle tension.
They allow you to:
• reduce muscle pain
• reduce stiffness and knots
• improve mobility
• promote deep relaxation
Effective for chronic tension, lower back pain, neck pain and areas of accumulated stress.

Management of mild traumatic brain injuries (TBI)
The management of TBI includes a comprehensive assessment, structured follow-up, and tailored interventions to promote optimal recovery.
Its aim is to:
• reduce symptoms (headaches, dizziness, sensitivity to light)
• improve the safe return to daily activities
• offer graduated and adapted exercises
• optimize cognitive, physical and postural function.

Vestibular rehabilitation
After receiving an initial assessment from a physiotherapist, we treat vertigo, BPPV, dizziness and balance disorders with a specialized approach.
Through precise analysis of the vestibular system and head movements, we identify the source of the problem and apply the most appropriate maneuvers and exercises.
Our approach generally allows for a rapid reduction of vertigo, a noticeable improvement in stability and a better quality of life, in complete safety.
